Security Enhancement Specialist

The Security Enhancement Specialist will be a member of a larger security and development team. The primary role of the Security Enhancement Specialist will be to analyze and assess our current security configurations for the purpose of identifying and implementing additional improvements to our security measures. This role involves continually assessing existing security systems, processes, and protocols, and developing and implementing solutions to continually strengthen overall security.

Must have: Previous experience with security assessment and implementation, developer skills for implementation of improvements, time management and organizational skills, the ability to prioritize.

Nice to have: Experience with SOC2 audit.

Program Manager (Secondary)

The Program Manager (Secondary) is responsible for developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships for with secondary schools, courts and agencies. 

Daily responsibilities include outbound calls, emails, meetings, account relationship building, completion of Hubspot tasks, setting up new accounts, and submitting proposals for government- or agency-approved licensure. 

The Program Manager is a primary contact for new and established customers.

Must have: The ability to learn and adapt to new technology, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), the ability to deliver presentations tailored to audience needs, time management and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize. Must be self-managed, highly motivated, and target driven.

Program Manager (Red Flags)

The Red Flags Program Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships for the Red Flags course, an anti-trafficking and awareness course. Often used as Continuing Education Credit, Red Flags is essential for professionals seeking re-licensure. 

Daily responsibilities include outbound calls, emails, meetings, account relationship building, completion of Hubspot tasks, setting up new accounts, and submitting proposals for government- or agency-approved licensure. 

The Program Manager is a primary contact for new and established customers.

Must have: The ability to learn and adapt to new technology, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), the ability to deliver presentations tailored to audience needs, time management and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize. Must be self-managed, highly motivated, and target driven.

Nice to have: Previous experience submitting and following up on detailed proposals to government agencies.
