Program Director (Court and Secondary Markets)
The Program Director is the primary contact for new and established customers. The Program Director is responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include outbound calls, emails, meetings, follow up on warm and hot leads, account recovery, completion of Hubspot tasks, identification of new lead sources, and setting up new accounts.
Program Directors also educate customers about our behavior-change courses, best practices for product usage, and use of the Student Management System.
Must have: The ability to learn and adapt to new technology, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), the ability to deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs, time management and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize. Must be self-managed, highly motivated, and target driven.

Program Manager (Higher Education Market)

Program Managers educate customers about our behavior-change courses, best practices for product usage, and use of the Student Management System.

Digital Marketer
This Digital Marketing position would assist the Marketing Director in planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display campaigns.
The scope would include assisting in the following areas:
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies.
- SEO/SEM improvement implementation.
- Plans and executes conversion tests that identify critical conversion and drop off points and optimizes user experience.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Evaluates emerging techniques.
