DRUG OR ALCOHOL

INTERVENTION COURSES

NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED AND APPROVED BY COURTS & AGENCIES

Each course is state-law specific, built for both adults and juveniles, and designed to meet referral and compliance needs.

Under the Influence and THC 101 educates participants on the personal, legal, and health consequences of substance use while promoting accountability and positive behavior change. Through interactive lessons, motivational strategies, and personalized feedback via eCHECKUP TO GO, participants gain insights that help them make safer, more informed decisions.

The online programs support participants in:

  • Understanding the physical, legal, and social consequences of drug and alcohol use

  • Recognizing high-risk situations and developing strategies to reduce harm

  • Challenging peer influence and misconceptions about substance use

  • Identifying personal risk factors and behavioral patterns

  • Learning about addiction, overdose prevention, and how to seek help

Both of these courses are designed for both first-time and low-risk offenders. Whether participants have used substances or not, each course offers tailored, evidence-based content that encourages reflection, promotes responsibility, and supports long-term change.

Ultimately, these courses help reduce substance-related violations, meet court or probation requirements, and contribute to safer, healthier communities.

The state law-specific course, meant for both adults and juveniles, Under the Influence addresses public intoxication, DWI, DUI, underage drinking, and drunk and disorderly violations.
THC 101 is a state law-specific intervention course, also meant for both juveniles and adults, that addresses the use with marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, or drugged driving violations.
